I have had these tires on my Mazda truck for 2 years and I have really liked them. I liked the Goodyear Fortera that was on an Escape just as much, but they cost quite a bit more. These are cool down and handle pretty well.

Just a personal preference, my tires had one side white lettering and the other black with no price difference. Different strokes for different folks

What the hell is incorrect with some people?! Is passion and enthusiasm a thing of the past in modern day America? That said, I have narrowed down my search for replacing the O.E.M. tires on a 2007 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4×4 (GoodYear Fortera HL). I have it narrowed down to the Grabber HTS or the BF Goodrich Long Trail Touring T/A’s. Opinions?

We stock these at the dealer I work at and place them on 1/2 ton chevy trucks often. One thing I wish was different is that they should have a couple more 32nds of tread on some sizes they offer.

Update on our grabbers. They are GONE! No matter what we did they squirmed all over the road. We gave them 1 full week to seat in to see if they would get better but nothing changed. So now I had them removed and installed the Michelins and conundrum gone!
Dude you are on crack if you reckon these tires are that fantastic. We just installed them on our 2008 GMC 2500HD and they have the worst tire struggle I have ever felt in my life. I tried 50lbs up front and 80 out back then brought the front up to 80lbs and still the same conundrum. Tomorrow I will bring the front and back down to 50/60 and see if that helps. If not they are going bye bye in favor of michelin ltx m/s tires. As they sit right now they are down right treacherous!
Nice Honda!! Im driving a 4×4 Ford Explorer and do alot of aired down driving in the desert for shooting and off roading. The best tire for off road aired down driving hands down are BF Goodrich All Territory!! BF Goodrich #1!! -TX
Tire Rack did have a nice website I looked at, compared many different brands. Consumer Reports also gave the Grabber HTS the edge for light trucks. They priced out low-cost @ $450 for four. They were place on a 2004 Toyota Tundra. I live in Northern Michigan, we have lots of snow and ice. Thru Feb. I have tested all road conditions. They are fantastic on dry pavement, excellent on wet and OK on snow and ice. Better than the BFG’s that were replaced but not as excellent as Mich LTX. I have no ties to TR

Honest question. I am really a passionate consumer of the HTS. This has been a fantastic tire for me well beyond what you see on this video. It is also the only tire I promote. But, I am an affiliate for TR so if a name buys from my site I earn a small commission.

Independent retailers still make cash mounting and servicing the tires. They are free to compete on both price and service.

The healthcare in the US is rated lower than many of the countries with national healthcare. My experiences with private vs public healthcare shows that public healthcare is far, FAR better in the US than private. So if Rush thinks he can get the best healthcare from the government of Costa Rica there he should go there, permanently.
Rush did NOT use Hawaiian STATE health care. He went to a PRIVATE hospital. Rush will go where ever he thinks he can get the BEST treatment…..you know…..like the Canadian Prime Minister did when he passed on Canadian and slipped down to the USA for his treatment.
I am very much looking forward to Rush living up to his promise to go to Costa Rica for his healthcare if healthcare reform passes. I wonder if he knows that Costa Rica has government healthcare as does Hawaii where he was treated for his heart attack and said it was the best. I don’t know Rush should go to Saturn for his healthcare since that is where his brain is.
Hmmm….my experience with private healthcare has been a nightmare in each sense. When I was diagnosed with stage 2 colon cancer thirty years ago I questioned my private doctor if I should go to the VA hospital for treatment since I am a disabled Vietnam experienced person. He said no even though he also practiced there. It took me TEN YEARS to pay off his bill and I survived, by the grace of God, even though he said I would not. I now get healthcare at the VA and it is the very best I have ever seen.
